We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of information you provide to us.

We will never sell or reveal your personal information to third parties.
Our software does not include any Spy- or Adware (learn more).

Orders

Orders are fulfilled by the established eCommerce vendor ShareIt. When you order, you need to provide information such as name, email, shipping address, credit card number, expiration date, etc. This information is only used for billing purposes and to fulfill the order. No credit card information will be revealed to us.

Cookies

We do not store cookies on our web server. We also try to avoid using any active scripting on our web pages if possible. We use Google Analytics.

Log Files

Like most standard web servers our internet service provider uses log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type and referring/exit pages. Any such information is in no way linked to personally identifiable information.

We send all new subscribers to our newsletter a confirmation email to verify the email address. Established members will occasionally receive information on products, services and special deals. We are really sparse on sending newsletters (only every 3..6 months). You can cancel the newsletter subscription at any time.

Service Announcements

On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a very important announcement. For instance, if we provide a critical product update we might send users an email. Generally, users may not opt-out of these important communications.

Update mechanism

When using the built-in update feature of MultiMouse, we will log such update check including the license key, time/date of access, hardware ID and IP address on our server to avoid software piracy. The update webserver answers with information about the latest available version numbers and download options (see example webserver output).

Uninstallation mechanism

You can voluntarily provide feedback after you are uninstalling the software. This helps us to improve MultiMouse in case you miss a required feature or if a function did not work on your system properly. We only receive your message, the product version number and the anonymized number of total phrases pasted by MultiMouse through this feedback form.
